The Power Regatta is an exciting new corporate sailing event for the power industry.
The Power Regatta is open to entries from all areas of the energy and power markets – including upstream and downstream oil companies, gas companies, renewables, nuclear, power generation, power and energy retail companies and suppliers and consultants to the energy sector, such as financial organisations, legal and accounting businesses.
The event combines a packed itinerary of cross industry networking, team building and yacht racing and offers excellent value for money.
Pricing starts from just £1099 + VAT per team for a bareboat entry or £1,499 + VAT for an entry with a Sunsail professional skipper and mate.
Although a reasonable level of fitness is required, no sailing experience is necessary. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate in contacting your event manager. Sunsail Events will provide a skipper and first mate on each yacht. They will help novices, coach more experienced sailors and ensure that all teams, regardless of sailing ability, enjoy a fun and competitive event.
Each team participating will be able to bring a team of 8 guests to sail with 2 professional crew to give a total of 10 people per team.
Sail 4 Cancer
Sunsail and the 2017 Power Regatta are proud to support Sail 4 Cancer Charity.
Sail 4 Cancer takes cancer patients and their families away from the disease and the nightmare that they are living through and offers them the chance to rebuild relationships, create positive memories and have some quality fun time together.
The charity does this through sailing days, park breaks, resort holidays, cruises and confidence-building sailing weekends for children recovering from cancer. They also provide family breaks for young carers and their families.
For each boat booked to take part in this exciting regatta a £100 will be donated to Sail 4 Cancer.
