En route, journey past the low-lying, lush island of Spargi, a craggy gem bursting with satiating natural beauty. Travel on to anchor overnight at Lavezzi Island, one of Corsica’s many nature reserves. This uninhabited archipelago is located just southeast of Bonifacio and is a tranquil setting for picturesque days and starlit evenings alongside large granite boulders and pristine, sandy beaches.

Depart the tranquil archipelago of Lavezzi and head northeast toward the French mainland island of Bonifacio. This medieval town, or City of Cliffs, is perched on a white limestone crag on the southern coast of Corsica. Known for its ecological preservation efforts of wild birds and other incredible flora and fauna, Bonifacio offers visitors timeless charm with delightful cafes, ancient houses, and sheer rock faces. Set off once more for Santa Teresa where your group will moor in port overnight. Unwind with a sociable happy hour on arrival and relish the authentic liveliness of Sardinia’s culture at this colorful seaside village.

Hoist your sails once outside of Santa Teresa’s mooring field and enjoy the northeast trek heading to the island of Santa Maria. Make a stop off at Budelli, one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean Sea. Located just south of Razzoli, Budelli is especially renowned for its Spiaggia Rosa, a gorgeous pink beach on the southeast coast whose unique coloring comes from microscopic fragments of corals and shells. Complete the day’s passage with an easy, eastern sail, anchoring against the unbelievable haven of Santa Maria Island.

Head back to our base in Cannigione for the final night onboard your yacht. As you make way, admire the active lighthouse Capo Ferro, which marks the southern entrance to the Strait of Bonifacio and to the Maddalena archipelago. Complete your flotilla adventure with a group dinner at an Agriturismo, or independently-owned farm. Here, you’ll try the Sardinian specialty of suckling pig and wrap up your island getaway satiated by flavorful cuisine and great company.
