Overview

A Koh Samui sailing holiday kicks off from Sunsail’s base at Petcherat Marina, Ban Rak which is a small town with a couple of minimarkets, several beach side resorts and close by Samui airport.

Koh Samui, Thailand’s third largest island, is known for its lush vegetation - coconut palms and emerald paddy fields. The centuries-old fishing industry is still important, but modern tourist attractions including golf, relaxing spa resorts, elephant trekking, jungle safaris, Thai cookery courses and bungy jumping which have all intermingled well.

You can charter in this destination from 10th April - 30th September.

Sailing in Koh Samui

    After the hustle and bustle of Koh Samui, a Koh Phangan yacht charter offers a laid back atmosphere in a remote paradise.  Koh Phangan can only be reached by boat and is slightly quieter and more secluded than Samui, with a number of safe anchorages and great snorkelling spots.
