We just wanted to express our sincere gratitude towards your company for allowing us to have the sailing holiday of a lifetime. We chartered Alter-Ego from Dec 28th Jan 2nd 2006 and had a ball. Thanks to the Sunsail team we experienced no problems whatsoever right from our initial enquiry through to our departure. At all times staff were competent, informative, helpful and friendly. You all made our first sailing experience very memorable and for this we are grateful. We would not hesitate to recommend Sunsail to anyone who wants a hassle-free holiday experience in one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in the world. Whitsundays is the best...
Wanted to let you and other appropriate people/departments at Sunsail(US/UK) know that we think the Whitsundays is the best Sunsail Base we've ever been to. The cruising grounds are outstanding and base facilities and staff exceptional. Sam, our "briefer and checkout man" did a great job and everyone else at the base was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our charter boat "Chille" was in excellent condition as well as any other boats we saw. Everyone at the base works very hard and is so efficient and friendly and willing to help with just about anything. We had good weather which always helps but we did want to comment on the superiority of the base and all Sunsail employees. Certainly hope we'll be able to return for another charter in the Whitsundays.

The best part of our trip to Australia by far !
Hi Clare, I was really sorry to not have met you in Hamilton Island. We had such a great time, it was the best part of our trip to Australia by far ! And the boat was fantastic, thank you so much for the upgrade - it certainly kept my husband busy winching all on his own. We had such a great Sunsail experience that we plan to Sunsail again later this year, probably in the Mediterranean.But the Whitsunday's will always be special, we hope to visit again before not too long.

I would just like to convey my thanks for the wonderful trip we have just had with Sunsail. Having spent the last 10 years working within the Travel industry, and travelling to all corners of the globe, I cannot think of a better run organisation than that I encountered with Sunsail. First class facilities, Santana is a marvellous yacht stocked with everything one could need and a team of staff that are a credit to the Australian tourism industry. Please convey our thanks to Julian, Jim (who conducted our briefing), Ally (who did the debrief) and the rest of the ever smiling team at Hamilton Island. Nothing was ever a hassle. The excellent service we received on our recent holiday
Now that we have settled back into our regular work routines, I just wanted to drop you a line or two to thank all the Sunsail team for the excellent service we received on our recent holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was cheerful and very friendly - it makes such a difference and all contributes to a happy holiday experience. Special thanks to Samantha who helped us with our numerous enquiries before our arrival and also to Peter who set the scene for a great time the moment we went aboard "Kilulu". Everyone else was terrific too.

Sunsail's service is probably the best I have come across!
My partner and I have recently returned from a fantastic holiday where we chartered a Sunsail Yacht in the Whitsundays for 10 nights. We were impressed with the quality of your operation and the service received from all the staff, both before, during and after charter. As someone who works in the travel industry and who has experienced many tourism services around the world, I have to say that Sunsail's service is probably the best I have come across! Praise Indeed! A big pat on the back for your Whitsunday operation, and we look forward to travelling with Sunsail again.

It is rare for a tourist company to get it all right...
Six of us hired a Beneteau for seven days and had a great time. The briefing we received before setting out was comprehensive and valuable. The boat was well equipped and very clean. Everything worked as it should. The staff were very helpful, and did not mind our requests for extra towels and pillows or information. In my experience, it is rare for a tourist company to get it all right. Sunsail did get it all right, and I would recommend them to others.

Sunsail was the best charter company in the Whitsundays...
We relinquished the boat yesterday. Boo hoo hoo... It was so wonderful! We were upgraded to a 36 foot yacht, we were so excited and blessed! As far as we could tell Sunsail was the best charter company in the Whitsundays, there were more boats, cleaner and newer boats, better service.

From the time of first phoning Kellie, to dropping the yacht back everything happened as promised without drama. We had wonderful holiday...
We had wonderful holiday in your playground and I would like to thank you both very much for the good and friendly advice as well as the organisation that you both put into it for us (It don't just happen !! ). The food was excellent.
One of our many highlights was fantastic snorkelling at "Blue Pearl Bay" which was only slightly better than the lovely bays on the northern coast of Hook Island, particularly "Manta Ray Bay" where we feed the fish from the back of the yacht (see photos).
I have dived the outer reef a couple of times but the above snorkelling had more colour, coral and fish (including a black tipped reef shark).
I have attached some photos for you to enjoy or use and a map of our route which worked very well for a five night sail (the photo of me and my best friend was on the beach at "Chance Bay").
