We rely on our staff to uphold our company image. To this end we operate our own simple, but strict dress code. Based on common sense, we expect you to be smart, clean and presentable at all times. We see our staff as more than just employees.

When are we looking for staff?
Our Australian Sunsail base operates year round with varying peak and low periods. We generally operate with a skeleton staff during the low seasons and employ additional staff for the peak periods. The following seasons are a guide but employment opportunities can arise all year round.
Whitsundays peak period: August through to December
We have staff who have worked for Sunsail Australia for more than three years, and others that join the team during their university or college breaks to gain experience in the marine and charter industry. Short term and long term positions are regularly available.

What happens next?
If your application is of interest, Sunsail will contact you and conduct a telephone interview to assess suitability.
If successful you will be offered a face to face interview at one of our bases or at a mutually convenient mainland location.
Training you to work for us:
Once you have accepted your position with Sunsail on the agreed start date, you will run through a formal induction and orientation followed by ongoing work based on the job training.
This training is continued with briefings, presentations, and appraisals during your employment term.

Current Positions Available:
Marketing Manager - Asia-Pacific
Based on Hamilton Island and reporting directly to the overseas parent company, the successful candidate will hold overall responsibility for the promotion of all TUI Marine brands - Sunsail, The Moorings, Le Boat - within the Asia-Pacific market.
They will be responsible for creating, managing and executing the marketing strategy of TUI Marine's global products to this market by producing marketing plans in line with annual budgets and executing successful campaigns to ensure that revenue targets and other KPI's are met and exceeded.
